2021年度宁夏贺兰山东麓葡萄酒产区列级酒庄评定结果公布，此次共评选出9家二级酒庄，15家三级酒庄，18家四级酒庄，15家五级酒庄。截至今年，宁夏贺兰山东麓葡萄酒产区共有列级酒庄57家。

A total of 9 second-class wineries, 15 third-class wineries, 18 fourth-class wineries, and 15 fifth-class wineries were selected this time. As of this year, there are 57 classified wineries in Ningxia Helan Mountain East wine-producing area.

　　宁夏列级酒庄评定起源于2013年，每两年评定一次，实行逐级评定晋升制度，晋升到一级酒庄后，酒庄每10年参加一次评定，2021年为第五届宁夏列级酒庄评定。“这次评选采取了区内外及国内外评定委员专家线上、线下相结合的网络协同会议方式，会上各位专家评委对评定细则里的种植、酿造、管理和品牌等重大问题做出了深入的交流与探讨，进一步科学完善了评定方向。也进一步加强完善了列级酒庄的退出机制，对参评和现存的未达到合格条件的酒庄将实行撤销或禁评等措施。”宁夏贺兰山东麓葡萄与葡萄酒联合会相关负责人表示，本次列级酒庄评定根据《宁夏回族自治区贺兰山东麓葡萄酒产区保护条例》《宁夏贺兰山东麓葡萄酒产区列级酒庄评定管理办法》《宁夏国家葡萄及葡萄酒产业开放发展综合试验区建设总体方案》，更侧重葡萄园建设和葡萄酒原料的品质，葡萄酒的品质及稳定性，酒庄的基础建设，以及企业品牌建设等。

In 2021 the fifth Ningxia winery classification rating was held. “This selection adopts the online and offline mode of online collaborative meeting of experts from inside and outside the district and domestic and foreign evaluation committees. At the meeting, the expert judges made comments on major issues such as planting, winemaking, management and branding in the evaluation rules. In-depth exchanges and discussions have further improved the evaluation direction in a scientific way. The withdrawal mechanism of classified wineries has also been further strengthened and improved, and measures such as revocation or prohibition of evaluation will be implemented for participating and existing wineries that do not meet the qualifications.” The relevant person in charge of the Ningxia Helan Mountain Grape and Wine Federation said that this classification evaluation is based on the “Regulations on the Protection of the Helan Mountain Wine Region of the Ningxia ‘Hui’ Autonomous Region” and the “Ningxia Helan Mountain Wine Region Winery Classification Management and Regulation” and “Overall Plan for the Construction of the Comprehensive Pilot Zone for the Opening and Development of the National Grape and Wine Industry in Ningxia”, which focuse more on the construction of vineyards and the quality of grapes, the quality and stability of wine, the infrastructure of wineries, and the establishment of corporate brands.
