有着中国食品行业“晴雨表”之称的全国糖酒商品交易会，始于1955年，是中国历史最为悠久的大型专业展会之一。

全国糖酒商品交易会会由中国糖业酒类集团公司主办，一年两届，分春、秋两季举行，春天在成都，秋季在长沙。目前，每届糖酒会的展览面积均在10万平方米以上，参展企业3000家左右，专业采购商达15万人，成交总额200亿元左右，是中国食品酒类行业历史悠久、规模宏大影响深远的展览会，被业内人士称为“天下第一会”。

China Food and Drinks Fair is regarded as “barometer” in Chinese Food industry. It is originated since 1955, and is the most professional and important fair in Chinese history.

China Food and Drinks Fair is held by Chinese Sugar and Wine Group Cooperation. Two sessions are held separately in Spring time of Chengdu and Autumn time of Changsha. Till now, the exhibition size of this fair is above 100k square meters with more than 3k companies participating. The professional buyers reached 150k person, and the total turnover is around 20 billion RMB. It is the most influential, grandest and most historic exhibition in Chinese Food and Wine Industry, and is said to be “the No.1 one conference” by industry professionals.
